You give your best to stick to your diet. You try everything to keep your discipline at maximum levels. This time, you will not return to your old eating habits. You are determined to be successful! Despite your best efforts, you sense a pressing need for sugar. Sigh! Or at least for something that tastes sweet. You desperately want to eat something that actually tastes. You want a delight for the senses!
Learn how to do so called ‘pistol squats’, also called single leg squats, one leg squats or one-legged squats. Pistol squats are an excellent bodyweight exercise for your legs, they hit your quads really hard. This is the perfect quad exercise for bodyweight exercise enthusiasts and people who do not have access to a gym. But even if you do have access to a gym and do a lot of weighted squats like me, you should give this exercise a try. It’s challenging.
